About The Building
The Blake Building is a prime Washington DC office building. The building is centrally located three blocks from the White House and provides its many prestigious tenants with access to numerous restaurants, hotels, shops and transit including the Farragut North Metro Station. Tenants have access to the Wi-Fi enabled, state-of-the-art fitness center located across the street in the Bender Building at 1120 Connecticut Avenue, NW. In 2014 the Blake Building’s main lobby was renovated to incorporate warm and modern finish upgrades and in 2018, similar upgrades were made throughout the building's upper floors.
