About The Building

The Blake Building is a prime Washington DC office building.  The building is centrally located three blocks from the White House and provides its many prestigious tenants with access to numerous restaurants, hotels, shops and transit including the Farragut North Metro Station.  Commencing in 2007, the building underwent a major mechanical renovation which enhanced the efficiency of the climate control system.  Tenants have access to the Wi-Fi enabled, state-of-the-art fitness center located across the street in the Bender Building at 1120 Connecticut Avenue, NW.  Building improvements will continue in 2014 with the renovation of the building’s lobby to incorporate warm and modern finish upgrades.
